Every Sundowner Home comes with a 2-10 Home Buyer's Warranty, which means plumbing, electrical, and heating/air-conditioning are under warranty for two years. Structural is under warranty for ten years.

In addition, there are warranties by equipment manufacturers. More info is available on request.
