About Sundowner Homes

Sundowner Homes has been building residential homes in the Visalia/Tulare areas since 1984. Sundowner Homes is a privately held general partnership. The principals include David H. Wind, General Contractor, and owner. Dave was born and raised in the San Joaquin valley. He attended local schools and graduated from California State University, Fresno, in 1974. Prior to Sundowner Homes, he worked as a Journeyman Carpenter and Building Inspector. Dave is a past-President of the Builders Industry Association (BIA). He is an enthusiastic supporter of the arts, and generous contributor to the local community.

Real Estate Buyers Choice Real Estate has marketed and sold new homes in California for over twenty years. Pam Lockhart, broker, specializes in new custom developments. Pam is active in the real estate community and a board member of the Building Industry Association.
